Toshiko Baize

Toshiko Okawa Baize, age 100, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday May 23, 2022 at Spring Meadows Healthcare Center in Clarksville. She was born July 20, 1921 in Numazu, Japan. While living in Japan, Toshiko was a teacher. While living in the United States she worked in the healthcare field. She is survived by her son Jim Baize of Boone, NC; as well as four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death is her husband Samuel Henry Baize and her son David Thomas Baize. Following cremation, Toshiko will be placed with her late husband at Ft Donelson National Cemetery in Dover, TN.
