Thresa Ann Mosley-Mockabee

Thresa Ann Mosley-Mockabee was born on October 8, 1958, in Clarksville, TN to the union of Martha and Billy Mosley. On Thursday, December 29, 2022, she was called home to be with her Heavenly Father.

Thresa Ann, better known as Resa Ann, accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a lifelong member of Martin Chapel AME Church, where she served as a Stewardess. She received her education at Montgomery Central. Thresa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoyed shopping on Amazon and spending time with her grandchildren. Thresa was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Martha Mosley; her granddaughter, Aysia Mockabee, and sister, Sarah Carter.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories; two daughters, Stacy Mosley and Chawanna (Charzelle) Swafford; four grandchildren, Shemar Wesley, DeMari Clardy, Shyann Mockabee, and Jahzara Mockabee; siblings, Alice Marble and David Mosley; also special friends, Evelyn Pleasant and Renee Ramey, and a host of relatives and friends. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel AME Church in Clarksville, TN.
