Sam Blackstock

Samuel Paul Blackstock Jr, age 53 of Clarksville, TN passed away at Tennova Healthcare on Thursday, September 2, 2021. He was born on September 28, 1967, in Perth Amboy, NJ to the late Samuel Paul Blackstock Sr and Kathryn L. Blackstock. He was a lifelong RedSkins fan, a lover of history and enjoyed John Wayne movies. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 10 years, Rebecca Blackstock of Clarksville, TN; sons, Jacob and Joshua Holloway of Clarksville, TN; daughter Christina Blackstock of Bastrop, TX and Ashley Rosario of Hopkinsville, KY; sisters, Angela Bendall (John) of Guthrie, KY, Cynthia Baker of Chesapeake, VA; grandchildren, Adriana Russell and Kehlani Rosario; nephews, Steven Cook, Joey Cook, and Michael Cook.

Sam is preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
