Robert O'Neal McGinnis

Robert O'Neal McGinnis, age 89, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on September 28, 1931, in Big Rock, TN to the late Robert James McGinnis and Aline Smith McGinnis. Robert was employed with Associates Financial Services and Northern Bank; retiring as a Loan Manager. Also, Robert faithfully served his country in the United States Army for 2 years. He was a member of New Providence United Methodist Church of Clarksville, TN.

Robert's memory will forever be cherished by his loving wife of 65 years, Bettye McGinnis; his children, Barry McGinnis (Karen) and Janet Cleghern (Tim), and his grandchildren, Greg McGinnis, Meredith McGinnis, Michelle McGinnis, Megan Mitchell, and Kristin Hill. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his sister, Mildred McGinnis.
