Robert "Bob" Glen Miles Jr.

SFC Robert "Bob" Glen Miles Jr. (Ret), age 66 of Clarksville, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born April 28, 1952 in West Chester, Pennsylvania, the son of the late R. Glen Miles Sr. and Betty Jean Cespedes.

Robert served his country in the United States Army for 20 years, working as a Light Wheel Mechanic, and was a veteran of the Gulf War. After retiring from military service and graduating from college, Robert received his Bachelors of Nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 37 years, Anna Miles; daughters, Cathrine (Raul) Conneway-Gutierrez, and Heather Ann (Christopher) Peddie; son, Robert G. Miles III; grandchildren, Timothy M. Conneway Jr., Maria T. Gutierrez, Gabriel M. Gutierrez and Sydney Lee Peddie.

In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his sisters, Dolores J. Christie, and Joyce Ann Miles; and his son-in-law, Sgt. Timothy M. Conneway.
