Patricia Ann Jacobs

Patricia Ann Jacobs age 74 of Palmyra, TN, formerly of Manchester, TN, passed away on Sunday April 11, 2021 at Cloria Oaks in Palmyra.  She was born September 27, 1946 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Horace Finchum and Fannie Tate Finchum.  Patricia worked during her life helping special needs children as a teacher aide and substitute teacher.  She is a member of New Union Baptist Church in Manchester, TN.  Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lyndell Jacobs, her son Duane Jacobs and seven brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her son Michael Jacobs of Manchester, TN, as well as six grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.  There are no public funeral services planned at this time.  Arrangements are under the care of Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center  335 Franklin Street  Clarksville, TN  37040.  Phone 931-919-2600.  Online condolences may be made by going to www.gatewayfh.com.
