Lucille Hendricks age 83 of Clarksville passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare. She was born October 24, 1933 in Logan, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Estile Howard and Rosie Estep Howard. Lucille is a member of the Shady Grove Freewill Baptist Church. She was known as a person who enjoyed keeping a clean house. She had been employed as a nurse aide at local nursing homes including the Montgomery County Nursing Home. Survivors include her husband of over 50 years, Ross Hendricks; a daughter Drema Evans (Billy) of Chapmansboro, TN; sons Randy Robinson (Deborah) of Clarksville; and Jackie D. Robinson (Deborra) of Rockvale, TN. She is also survived by a brother Cecil Howard of Las Vegas; and a sister Jerry Hamilton of Wurtland, KY. Lucille is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by brothers Dean Howard, and Doug Howard and a sister Lorraine Howard. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday October 2, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Gateway Funeral Home with her grandson Pastor Matthew D. Robinson officiating. Entombment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Memorial contributions may be made to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital c/o Giving.cincinnatichildrens.org/cancer.
