Kathleen Patricia Foster
Kathleen Patricia Foster, age 68, passed away on May 20th, 2015 at her residence in Clarksville. She was born on July 19th, 1946 in Silver Spring, MD to the late Earl and Dorothy Phillips Black. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Rosemary Kerr.
She is survived by a son, Robert Bryan Foster of Carl's Bad, NM; a daughter , Kelly M. (Michael) O'Brien of Clarksville; and two brothers, Earl Black of Florida and Wayne Black of Brazil. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
