John Clyde Hunter Jr.

John Clyde Hunter Jr. age 51 of Charlotte, TN, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2019 at Tri Star Ashland City Medical Center in Ashland City, TN. He was born in Charlotte, TN on September 22, 1967, the son of the late John Clyde Hunter Sr. and Edna Fay Sutton Hunter. He is a graduate of Dickson High School. John was a professional truck driver for many years, most recently with Roane Transportation. He loved his motorcycle and enjoyed talking to others. He never met a stranger. He is survived by his wife Caryol Fae Hardy Hunter of Charlotte; a son John Clyde Hunter III; daughters Jessica Nicole Hunter and Dusty Ann Hunter; as well as a sister Marcy Ronell Wright. There will be a visitation time on Wednesday May 29, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Gateway Funeral Home.
