Jimmy Glenn Garrison

Jimmy G. Garrison, age 64, of Springfield, TN passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Jimmy was born on November 18, 1957, in Russellville, KY to the late William and Betty Garrison.

Jimmy was an intelligent and kind individual. He was always a joy to be around. He served over 6 years in the Army National Guard. Jimmy loved to go on very relaxing vacations. He thoroughly enjoyed shopping and also nice but quiet short fishing trips. His family will remember him as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving fianceé; Kathy Campbell; three daughters, Ashley (Joshua) Dickens, Allison (Jared) Manthe, and Beth (Tim) Campbell-Bowersock; his son, Andrew (Ciara) Campbell; sister, Sandra (Terry) Markham; and eight amazing grandchildren, Connor Dickens, Natalie Dickens, Dalton Campbell, Hunter Campbell, Katlee Christmas, Madison Christmas, Elijah Houchens, and J.D Jenkins.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his daughter, Amber Lynn Garrison; his wife, Sherry Gregory Garrison; two brothers, William Garrison and Gary Garrison; and two sisters, Mary Konkol and Candy White.

A funeral service will be held at Gateway Funeral Home on Monday, July 11, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
