Jason Andrew Timbes

Jason Andrew Timbes, age 45, of Clarksville passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014 in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Jason was a project manager for Hewlett Packard. He was born July 22, 1969, in Dallas, TX, the son of the late John Reynolds Timbes and his mother who survives, Maria Delores McKinney Timbes.

He is also survived by his wife; Janice L. Timbes of Clarksville; three sons, Michael L. Timbes (Physics major at APSU), Christopher Timbes (Senior at Rossview and a member of the football team), Jonathan Daniel Timbes (member of Rossview football team), one daughter, Ashlynn (member of the Rossview band) all of Clarksville. Four brothers, Brad (Cheryl) Timbes of Magnolias, TX; Chad Timbes of Dallas, TX; Aaron Slayton of Erin, TN; John Peter (Callie) Slayton of NC. Two sisters, Lisa Zapata of Austin, TX; and Angel Strong of Atlanta, GA; mother-in-law Deborah Kelley; and two sisters-in law, Kay Barnhill of Mt. Juliet, TN and Annette Crabtree of Union City, TN.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from the Chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Jason A. Timbes Memorial Fund at the following link: www.gofundme.com/jdk1us
