Hilda Soldevila de Martinez

Hilda Soldevila de Martinez age 76 of Clarksville passed away on Friday March 9, 2018 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. She was born October 26, 1941 in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Manuel Soldevila and Luz Roman. Hilda was a homemaker and had also worked in the secretarial field. She is survived by her husband Carmelo Martinez of Clarksville; a son Ovidio Rivera Jr. (Norma Hernandez)of New York; daughters Vivian Rivera (David Santiago) of Puerto Rico; Sandra Davila (Luis) of Clarksville; and Belinda Martinez (Cesar) of Clarksville. Also surviving are brothers Luis Soldevila; Manuel Soldevila; Jorge Soldevila, and Rafael Soldevila and a sister Betty Soldevila. Hilda is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at The Tabernacle Church, 1020 Garrettsburg Road, Clarksville. Pastors Anthony Daley and Tommy Vallejos will officiate. Burial will be in Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 P.M. at the Gateway Funeral Home.
