Evelyn M. Glass

Evelyn M. Glass age 82 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday April 27, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville.  She was born May 30, 1938 in Ishpeming, Michigan, the daughter of the late Vernon and Dorothy Bailey.  Evelyn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, whose sense of humor touched us all. She took great pride in her family and her love was unconditional.  She will be missed and forever remain in our hearts and memories..  She is survived by her sons LeRoy Pelkie of Clarksville; Michael Pelkie (Dana Biter Nicholson) of Clarksville; and Dana Pelkie of Clarksville; and her daughters Brenda Pelkie Givens (Joel) of Florida and Amber Glass of Clarksville. She is also survived by her sister Caroline Machesky of Uniontown, PA.  She is also blessed with grandchildren, Leroy (JR) Pelkie (Brandi Swindler Pelkie; Lindsey Pelkie Gafford (Brian); Duane Aaron Phillipe; Michael Phillipe (Jules); Jessica Pelkie McCovy (JR); Josh Pelkie; and Ashley Pelkie as well as 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas T.
