Elmer “Moe” Maurice Keatts, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. He was born in Clarksville, TN to the late Anna Milliken and Jim Keatts on February 16, 1954.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Jessica and Jennifer Keatts; proud papaw to 6 grandchildren; and his hound dog, Doobie.
Along with his parents, Moe is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.
