Ellen Lillian Engebrecht, age 85, of Dover, TN passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 6, 1937, in Campbell County, VA to the late John Wesley and Lillian Marston Layne.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Gerald Engebrecht; children, Wendy (Keith) Giles, Shane (Rachel) Engebrecht, Tina Engebrecht, and Felicia Engebrecht; and grandchildren, Dylan Giles, David Giles, Sarah (John) Lumpkin, and John Engebrecht.

Ellen loved her family, teaching children about Jesus, visiting shut-ins, and enjoying all of God's creation, especially flowers, birds, and beautiful landscapes.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Grace Baptist Church, located at 1350 Bumpus Mills Rd, Dover TN 37058.
