Debbie Faith Smith, 69, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023 at her home with her loving husband by her side. She was born March 23, 1954 in Buffalo, NY to Jack Ives and Marylin Ives.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Michael Smith; children, Shawn Gustafson and Craig Gustafson; one grandchild; and siblings, Robert Ives, Jack Ives, Tom Morrison, and Diane Zapata.
