Clifton Ray Hicks

Clifton Ray Hicks, age 63 of Clarksville, TN, passed away at his residence on Monday, August 9, 2021. Clifton was born on October 18, 1957 in Winston Salem, NC to the late Nora Mariano and James Douglas Hicks. He has been in construction for his whole life.

Left to cherish Clifton’s memory is his son, David Spink (Shawn) of Clarksville, TN; brother, Charlie Mariano of Cullman, AL; sisters, Wanda Grosch (Jimmie) of Indian Mound, TN, Frances Outland (Larry) of Waverly, TN, Rose Smith of Indian Mound, TN, Brenda Mariano of OH and Dorothy Hicks of NC; grandson, Russell Spink; and great granddaughter, Penelope Spink.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Tommy Hicks, sister, Barbara Hicks and grandson, David Spink Jr.
