Bobbie Jean Williams

Bobbie Jean Williams age 79 of Clarksville, passed away on Friday July 13, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 16, 1938 in West Virginia, the daughter of the late Walter "Buddy" Brown and Aurie Langley Brown. Bobbie worked for many years as the head housekeeper at hotels and resorts. She was dedicated to her family. Survivors include sons Walter Williams (Jackie) of Clarksville; Kenneth Williams (Geneva) of Lake Jackson, TX; and a daughter Gwen Wilder of Staten Island, NY. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, as well as a special cousin, Veranette Gibson of Georgetown, SC. In addition to her parents, Bobbie is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Jeffrey Williams, a son Jeffrey Williams and a sister Joann Brown. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday July 16, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the chapel of Gateway Funeral Home. Deacon Paul Gibson will officiate.
