Antonio Ortiz

Antonio Ortiz, age 60, of Clarksville, TN passed away at Tennova Health Care on Tuesday, August 19, 2020. He was born on July 11, 1960 in Bronx, NY to Manuel and Rosa Ortiz. Antonio was employed doing custodial work. He is survived by his mother, Rosa J. Ortiz and brother, Daniel Ortiz both of Sicklerville, NJ. Antonio is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Ortiz. In keeping with Antonio and the family's wishes there will be no services at this time.
